The Future of Search and Why SEO is Evolving
Search behaviour is changing rapidly. People aren’t just Googling anymore; they’re asking AI tools for answers.
Lucy is our Office Manager, Accounts Administrator, and self-proclaimed Chief Tea Maker.
We’ve asked Lucy a series of questions to get to know her better and find out what she loves most about her job, what she does in her spare time, and what she hates being called….
What’s your role at CMV:
Officially, I am the Office Manager and Accounts Administrator, and unofficially, I am the Chief Tea Maker.
What are your Responsibilities?
I keep our accounts running smoothly, remind clients to make timely payments, and tackle discrepancies. But perhaps my important responsibility is making sure we never run out of tea, coffee, or sugar!
How do you describe yourself?
I’m a proud mom to two fantastic boys and a fur mom to two dogs, India and Luna.
In my spare time, I love spending time in Cornwall and Devon – even in the rain.
Oh, and did I mention I have a cat named Jon after Jon Snow? (Yes, she’s a big Game of Thrones fan!)
Sum up your job in three words.
Methodical, organised, and a master of planning.
Tell us one interesting fact about yourself.
I have 12 tattoos.
We honestly couldn’t do what we do without Lucy, her expertise, and, of course, her ability to make the perfect brew. But whatever you do – don’t call her “Luce”—she hates that.
