CMV Race for Life

With this year’s Race for Life going ahead after it was postponed last year due to Covid, the team at CMV took on the challenge for this worthy cause which is very close to our hearts.

Claire, Ashley & Lucy took part in the race held at Arrow Valley Lake in Redditch on the 3rd of October at 12.30 pm.

The girls will be walking the route around the lake for Lucy. Lucy was unfortunately diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2020. She has undergone some real invasive treatments, breast removal and is soon to have reconstruction surgery, and Lucy cannot praise the care she received from Cancer Research enough.

They’ll be literally thousands of people all uniting together with one sole purpose – to raise valuable funds for future life-saving research into the terrible disease.
